The spindle short nose straight connection design maximizes the transmission efficiency of the spindle motor, significantly enhancing cutting rigidity, boosting machining accuracy, and extending spindle life.

The three-axis system utilizes Taiwan HIWIN/PMI linear slides, offering high rigidity, low noise, minimal friction, and exceptional sensitivity, thereby enhancing both machining speed and accuracy.

The column design is elevated, providing ample space for the integration of fourth and fifth axes.

International standards are adopted for all three-axis pre-drawing, compensating for thermal deformation of the screw and enhancing both axial and machine rigidity. The precision C3 silent screw table further elevates performance.

All castings are crafted from high-grade Meehanna cast iron and are annealed to eliminate internal stress, ensuring machine stability and long-lasting accuracy.
