(1) Base

The foundation of excellence, this large-span heavy base boasts guide rail specifications that are 1.2 times greater than those found in the same industry. Such robust design effectively disperses gravity and enhances processing capacity. The short saddle overhang significantly boosts dynamic accuracy. Additionally, the innovative Y-axis motor rear design reduces the distance between the operator and the table, making it perfectly suited for handling upper and lower workpieces, thereby tremendously enhancing processing convenience (as illustrated below).

(2) Uprights
(a) Designed for superior stability, the herringbone column offers ease of maintenance, surpassing the traditional one-column structure.
(b) The herringbone structure bed incorporates a mature gold protection and chip removal system, expertly engineered to prevent water leakage from the mechanical structure's sheet metal installation.
(c) High-strength screws secure the structure, significantly improving the rigidity of the column. This design effectively minimizes vibration during processing, ensuring unparalleled stability during heavy cutting operations.
(d) The shaft slint-bone structure is reinforced to enhance the bed's rigidity, resulting in more stable processing and extending the machine tool's service life.

(3) Headstock
Achieving optimum contact between the headstock and the column, combined with the short nose-end Taiwan spindle, grants unparalleled chip cutting capability to Taijing machine tools. Versatility at its core, it seamlessly executes drilling, milling, tapping, boring, and a multitude of other intricate processes.

(4) Precision spindle with high precision, high performance and high stability
(a) Crafted in Taiwan, the spindle set features a main shaft grab tool system utilizing a butterfly spring mechanism on the main shaft. This applies tension to the tool handle's pull nail through a four-jaw broach mechanism, ensuring a precise match with the taper hole of the main shaft for secure tool grabbing.
(b) Equipped with a low inertia spindle motor, it offers rapid acceleration time, thereby enhancing tapping speed and quality. The spindle's direct drive is complemented by a spindle orientation function, showcasing cutting-edge precision.

(5) Machine tool protection

Featuring state-of-the-art protection, the lathe bed guide rail (XY axis) is crafted from stainless steel telescopic sheet metal, while the column guide rail (Z axis) is protected by organ type and armor type mechanisms. The machine's full enclosure safeguards against iron filings and coolant splashes, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for operators.

(6) Power distribution
Beyond mechanical finesse, Taijing machine tools excel in electrical design, utilizing a unique optical fiber communication mode within the CNC system. This innovation dramatically enhances data communication speed and reduces wiring, resulting in a cleaner, more organized electrical cabinet.
